How Does It Work?

1. The mjptechnology.com affiliate program could not be easier!
2. You simply click the activate button from within your client control panel, and away you go.
3. You will then be presented with a choice of buttons and banners that you are free to use on your website or websites .
4. You can use as many or as few as you like and in any combination.
5. You will see that each button and banner will have a snippet of HTML code displayed underneath, all you would need to do is copy and paste JUST that snippet of HTML code into your website anywhere that you would like the button or banner to appear.
6. This is a special piece of code that is unique to you and will allow the system to track all your referrals.
7. You don't even need to upload any grapics as we will host the button or banner on our own server.
8. When a new user clicks on a button or banner from within your website they will be redirected to our website and at the same time the special piece of code that we mentioned earlier, will set up a piece of code information called a cookie, this cookie will allow us to identify that the new user came from your website!

General

2. From time to time, we may change or modify these Affiliate Terms of Service.

Affiliate Accounts

3. This will be known as your primary email address of which we will keep on file and will be used for contact purpose.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide us with is current and up to date at all times.
5. Providing false contact information of any kind may be considered fraudulent in nature and your account may be denied or terminated as a result.
6. Users are ultimately responsible for their account and their actions. This includes the compromise of credentials such as username and password.
7. It is required that you use a secure password and change it at regular intervals. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended.
8. Security is important to us, if we find that your Password is weak we will notify you and request a change or update.
9. MJPTechnology.com and its Network reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any Account, Website, Database, or other component that does not comply with its established policies.

Products And Services

2. The use of MJPTechnology.com and its Network, Affiliate Program, is at your sole risk.
3. Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services.
4. MJPTechnology.com and its Network reserves the right to cancel the account at any time with or without notice.

Online Conduct

1. You are solely responsible and liable for your account and all your activities on MJPTechnology.com and its Network.
2. Listed below are some, but not all, violations and unacceptable behaviour that will result in termination of your account:-
   1. To send Unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and Spam.
   2. Any Account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.
   3. MJPTechnology.com and its Network reserves the right to charge the Account holder used to send any unsolicited e-mail a clean up fee. The cost of the clean up fee is entirely at the discretion of MJPTechnology.com and its Network.
3. You are forbidden to harass, threaten, embarrass or interfere with another user in any unwanted way.
4. You are forbidden to use vulgar or abusive language in any and all formats of media.
5. You are forbidden to pretend to be or impersonate another user or individual.
6. You are forbidden to use or attempt to gain another users password.
7. Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Indemnification

1. Neither MJPTechnology.com and its Network, its agents, its customers, officers and employees are responsible for any damages that may result from your use of any service provided or performed, or agreed to be performed, or any product sold. This includes direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages and attorneys' fees arising from your access to, or use of, MJPTechnology.com and its Network.
2. The User therefore is entirely responsible for the consequences of the use of MJPTechnology.com and its Network, Site, Products and Services.
3. The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold MJPTechnology.com and its Network, harmless from and against any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, claims and expenses, including any attorneys' fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms of Service, the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants.
4. The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold MJPTechnology.com and its Network, harmless from and against any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, claims and expenses, including any attorneys, fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any services or products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with MJPTechnology.com and its Network, any material in all formats supplied by a customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights and/or copyright infringement of any third party.
5. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all the information contained within MJPTechnology.com and its Network. However, due to the nature of the medium and the risks of interpretation, interruption and disruption, liability is excluded as set out above.
